Welcome to The 7-Day SideIncome Blueprint, a digital product by SideIncome Blueprint (referred to as "we", "us" or "our"). By purchasing or using our website and products, you ("you", "the buyer") agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before purchasing.
1. The Product
The 7-Day SideIncome Blueprint is a digital ebook (PDF) delivered by download. The listed bonuses (AI Prompt Library, templates, outreach scripts and marketing checklist) are included inside the ebook. This is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and no recurring charge.
2. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or banking details at any time. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Delivery
Delivery is instant and digital only — nothing is shipped. After successful payment you are taken to a download page, and a download link is also emailed to the email address you provide at checkout. Download links are valid for 72 hours; if your link expires, email us with your payment reference and we will send a fresh link at no cost.
4. Licence — What You May and May Not Do
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the ebook for your own learning and business. You may:
- Download and keep copies on your own devices, and print pages for personal use.
- Use the included templates, scripts and prompts in your own business and client work.
You may not:
- Share, forward, upload, resell or redistribute the ebook or download link to anyone else.
- Publish any part of the ebook online, or claim its content as your own work.
- Use the content to create a competing product.
5. Intellectual Property
All content — text, structure, templates, prompts and design — is the intellectual property of SideIncome Blueprint and is protected by applicable copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Refunds
Because this is an instantly-delivered digital product, purchases are final once your download link has been issued. Refunds are made only for duplicate charges, failed delivery or unauthorized transactions — full details are in our Refund Policy. When a refund is issued, your licence ends and you must delete all copies of the product.
7. No Earnings Guarantee
This is an educational product. We do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount — or any amount at all. Results depend on your effort, skills, chosen method and market conditions. See our full Disclaimer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SideIncome Blueprint's total liability for any claim relating to the product or website is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access files or systems you are not authorised to access, or interfere with its operation.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the product after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
